Two Carved Ivory Plaques, late 19th century, comprising one round, carved with the Three Graces, after the antique, the reverse carved with a god playing lute for attendant animals, in sterling frame mounted with husks bands and beaded navettes, frame marked Gaspari, plaque dia. 2 1/2, frame wd. 3, and an ovoid plaque carved with cherubs blowing bubbles, with strapwork borders, in slim rose gold surround, wd. 3, ht. 1 3/4 in., both with easel backings. good. the ovoid plaque may have been a brooch; easel backing later.
