Dutch Delft Blue and White Vase and Cover, Holland, 18th century, octagonal shaped cover with bird finial, the vase with central basket of flowers within a raised foliate border, ht. 14 1/2 in. Cover: several surface chips and flakes, some touched up. Vase: chips to rim and footrim, some touched up poorly; one appears to be about 1 1/2" ; typical glaze flakes along areas of high relief; a few spots of glaze loss that have been touched up.
