George III Style Carved Mahogany and Needlepoint Upholstered Open Armchair, 19th century, with serpentine cresting above an openwork splat and scrolled arms above a trapezoidal slip-seat and Marlborough legs, the splat and arms carved with foliage, seat ht. 18 in. Overall very good condtition with good carving and color; some minor repairs to splat; age typical minor defects, shrinkage and other.
