Arthur Hoeber (American, 1854-1915) Twilight Signed "ARTHUR HOEBER" l. l., identified on a presentation plaque, a label from Emery Blum, Inc., New York, affixed to the reverse. Oil on canvas, 10 x 14 in. (25.4 x 35.6 cm), framed. Condition: Losses l.c. (retouched), craquelure with lifting, surface grime. Scattered retouch includes dots, dashes, and very small areas. Craquelure with lifting stable throughout. The work would probably benefit from a cleaning.
