Gene (Alice Geneva Glasier) Kloss (American, 1903-1996) Clouds at Sunset, 1953, edition of 250, published for the Print Club of Albany (Kloss, 449). Signed "Gene Kloss" in pencil l.r., identified on accompanying text from the Print Club. Drypoint and aquatint on J. Whatman paper with partial watermark, plate size 9 x 13 7/8 in. (22.8 x 35.2 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins approximately 1 inch, soiling to margin l.l., masking tape to upper corners. The top and bottom margins are an inch; the sides are more. There are masking tape "hinges" to the upper corners. There is pale satining and soiling to the margins lower left.
