Antique Portrait Miniature Pendant, late 18th century, depicting a gentleman in a white powdered wig, striped coat with floral lapel, and cravat, signed J. Boze, reverse with hairwork monogram and foliate border, framed by colorless pastes, surmounted by a bow, lg. 3 1/2 in., (cracks). Hairwork portrait to reverse with discoloration and grime, with cracks running through the lengh of the panel. Discoloration to foil under pastes, pastes with abrasions. Split to to of pendant hook. Loss to beadwork above right bow.
