Two English Silver and Colorless Glass Flasks, London, 1802, maker's mark ID, possibly John Deacon, tapered ovoid, cylindrical lid, top of glass body with woven straw covering, base with removable silver cover, lg. 6 1/2, the other 1877, maker's mark FP, with monogrammed spherical lid, panel cut body, with removable silver base, ht. 5 1/2 in., approx. 6 troy oz. weighable silver. 1802: dings to lid; threading stripped, minor losses to straw, minor ding to footrim of base. victorian: ding, minor scratches to glass, minor dings to base rim of silver.
