Aaron Shikler (American, b. 1922) Iris (Sapphire Gem) Initialed and dated "AAS 04" l.l., identified on a label from Davis & Landale Company, Inc., New York, affixed to the reverse. Gouache on paper, sight size 13 3/4 x 7 3/4 in. (34.9 x 19.7 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frame. There are several minor stains and/or fox marks. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no other visible condition issues to report.
