Joseph Pennell (American, 1860-1926) The Institute, Piccadilly, 1906, edition probably of 50 (Wuerth, 428). Signed "JPennell imp" in pencil l.c., identified on a label from Albert Roullier, Chicago, on the reverse. Etching on paper, plate size 8 1/2 x 10 3/8 in. (21.5 x 26.2 cm), framed (without glass). Condition: Laid down, subtle toning, glue and residue to margins. Sheet measures approxiamtely 9 3/4 x 12 inches.
