Twelve Chinese Export Porcelain Table Items, late 18th/early 19th century, octagonal forms centered by an oval reserve with the gilt initials "SL" suspended from a cobalt blue bowknot, flanked by crossed anthemion branches, the cavettos and rims with blue enamel and gilt sawtooth, dot, spearhead, and fish roe borders, including three dinner plates, a soup plate, five dessert plates, two shallow serving bowls, and a small sauce tureen with boars-head handles; (scattered gilt and enamel losses, minor rim chips, small tureen lacking cover), dia. 9 1/2, 9 3/4, 7 1/2, 9 1/2, 7 1/4 in., respectively. dinner plates- very good condition; soup plate- very good condition; dessert plates- one with rim hairline, three with shallow rim chips, all with enamel losses on rims; two shallow serving bowls- very good condition; small sauce tureen- lacking cover, minor enal losses on rim border.
