"LONE STAR STATE" Relief-carved Powder Horn, Texas, late 19th/early 20th century, with relief-carved decoration including head profiles of two hunting dogs, a horse, and a big horn sheep, the state nickname, and the name "M. A. CRUMP," (loss on plug rim), lg. 9 1/4 in. triangular shaped loss on plg end rim, brownish alligatored surface possibly old varnish.
