Three Redware Items, America, early 19th century, including a bowl, possibly a barber's bowl, with indentation on rim, notched and incised wavy line rim decoration and brown manganese spotted glaze, the initials "A. W." incised on the bottom; a plate with brown wavy line decoration; and a small bowl with lug handles, brown sponge border, and dot decoration, (imperfections), ht. 3 1/2, 2, 3, dia. 12 1/2, 11 1/4, 6 1/4 in., respectively. barber bowl- indentation on rim possibly smoothed with age or else an old loss, another 2 x 1/2 in. chip on the under side of rim, a few interior scratches; plate-hairline from rim to center, several old shallow rim chips, crazing; sm. bowl-six vertical cracks from rim, one is connected to another and probably broke out and is now repaired.
