Two Hand-molded Redware Molds, America, early 19th century, the larger of the two made in the Shenandoah Valley area with streaks of brown manganese on a greenish light-brown ground, the smaller with speckled dark brown glaze, impressed maker's mark on base "G. H. BAKER," (minor wear), ht. 5, 3 3/8, dia. 8 1/2, 9 in. larger mold- old rim chips: 1/2 in. on top of tube, shallow 3/4 in. to mostly interior of rim; smaller mold- smallareas of old smoothed chips around top of tube and rim, some glaze flakes around body.
