Cast Iron William Tell Mechanical Bank, manufactured by J. & E. Stevens Co., Cromwell, Connecticut, c. 1896, the bank activated by sliding back the launcher on top of the rifle and placing a coin on top and pressing the figure's right foot, firing the coin into the castle, knocking the apple off the boy's head and raises his arm, (paint wear), ht. 6 3/4 in. mechanics work but is sluggish, scattered pait wear.
