Federal Cherry Inlaid Linen Press, probably New York, c. 1790-1800, in two sections with inlaid stringing, quarter fans, and urns, replaced brasses, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 62 1/4, wd. 44, dp. 17 3/4 in. Masonite affixed over original backboards; left front door veneer patched; front and side 4"; top left rear molding chipped; loss of stringing on top sides; small piece of cockbeading gone in drawer; scuffing to drawer fronts; plugged holes from previous brasses.
