Seven Paint Decorated Woven Splint Baskets, eastern woodland Indian tribe, late 19th century, including a round covered basket, a square basket with round cover, a rectangular covered basket, a square basket with round rim, a shallow round basket, a footed basket and a square-shaped basket with handle; five with painted splint weavers, three with polychrome vegetable stamped designs, (fading, minor breaks and losses), ht. 5 1/2-13 in. all in good condition with some fading in addition to: round covered basket has a few breaks on the base; round cover over square covered basket has several breaks and small losses on the cover;
