Large Chinese Export Porcelain Oval Footed Tureen, early 19th century, the cover with blue underglazed flowerhead knop and blue diaper, butterfly, and floral spray borders highlighted with gilt, the bowl with applied entwined strap handle with leaf and sprig terminals, the bowl sides and top decorated with an enameled ship flying a British flag, and gilt initials "FJ," (gilt wear), ht. 11, dia. 14 in.
