Chippendale Carved Mahogany Side Chair, probably Boston, late 18th century, the shaped crest rail with molded terminals above a pierced splat and chamfered raking stiles with trapezoidal upholstered slip seat on frontal cabriole legs ending in carved ball and claw feet with block, vase, and ring-turned stretchers joined to the rear chamfered raking legs, (imperfections), ht. 38, seat ht. 16 1/2 in.
