Moses Wight (American, 1827-1895) Ladies at Tea Signed and inscribed "M. Wright - Paris" l.l., canvas stamp on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 21 x 17 in. (53.3 x 43.2 cm), framed. Condition: Possibly restretched, retouch, patch reinforcements, surface grime. N.B. A Boston native, Wright was best known for his portraits and genre scenes. He is also known to have studied and traveled in Europe.
