George III Inlaid Mahogany and Maple Veneer Glazed Bureau Bookcase, early 19th century, the pediment has a central inlaid rayed fan with flanking similar versions above the glazed doors with Gothic tracery that open to an adjustable shelved interior over the lower case that consists of a pull-out butler's desk of small veneered drawers and shaped valanced compartments over a felt writing surface and three similar cockbeaded drawers on a molded base with flaring bracket feet, (restored), ht. 90. wd. 43, dp. 22 in.
