Three Jugendstil Wood Carvings, Germany, late 19th century, by craftsman Karl Grissman, including two framed plaques, one depicting a female warrior, 9 1/2 x 14 1/2 in.; the other a Bacchanalian subject, 9 1/2 x 13 3/4 in.; together with a carved hammer. Provenance: Descended from artist, to artist's son Gustave M. Grissman (1890-1983), to the current owner.
