Jenkins Company, Kansas City, c. 1895, stamped internally GENUINE HARWOOD, REGISTERED, TRADE MARK on the upper blocks and HARWOOD, TRADE MARK on the center strip, the bound two-piece rosewood back, the mahogany necks, the rosewood veneered peghead, the plain ebony bass fingerboard, the ebony upper fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, the inlaid soundhole, the rosewood bridge with pearl dot inlay, the bound spruce top of medium grain, length of back 19 1/4 in.
