Two Paint Decorated Tin Dome-Top Boxes, America, early 19th century, both with hinged lids and wire handles, one decorated with green, orange yellow and white fruit on the front with a yellow brushstroke border around the lid, on a black ground, the other box embellished with a red and green floral swag on the front, yellow leaf and brushstoke borders and accents, against a black ground, (scattered paint losses), 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 4 1/2, 6 1/8 x 9 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
