Four Early Tin Lighting Items, America, early to mid 19th century, including a whale oil chamberstick-form lamp with whale-oil burner, loop strap handle and round dish base, an Argand wall sconce lamp with removeable round tin reflector, a push-up candlestick on a circular domed weighted base, a traveler's collapsible candle lantern with stenciled decoration and lettering "MINOR'S PATENT JAN. 24 1865," the rectangular box opens to a square lantern with peaked top, interior compartment with match and candle holders, mica window panels, (wear), ht. 3 5/8, 10, 8 7/8, 7 1/2, in., respectively.
