Northern Plains Beaded and Quilled Hide Pouch, mid 19th century, the soft hide pouch beaded on both sides with simple geometric devices, in wine red, bottle green, yellow, light blue, and white seed beads, edged beaded with white "pony" beads, blue and white quill-wrapped fringe hangs from the bottom, (bead loss), lg. including fringe 7 in. Provenance: Deaccessioned from a Northeastern museum.
