Delftware Blue and White Puzzle Jug, England, mid 18th century, attributed to Liverpool, the elongated neck pierced with hearts and ovals above a globular lower body with verse "Here Gentelmen come try your skill, I'll hold A wager if you will, That you don't Drink this Licquor all, Without you spill or let some fall," (glaze loss to handle, two spouts poorly restored, one plugged), ht. 7 1/4 in.
