Dagger, Caucasus, 18th/19th century, double-edged blade with a seal and single groove to either side, one seal inlaid with gold, niello mounts with gilt and gold work, one side of the scabbard and hilt of ivory with floral arabesques inlaid with gold, signature to the back side of the hilt, back of the scabbard has a leather panel enclosing a small horn-hilted utility knife, lg. 20 1/2 in.
