Continental Gilt Metal Michael Mann-style Miniature Lock Box, early 17th century, probably Dutch or German, the rectangular gilt metal box engraved to top with a monarch and a solider, with small lifting handle, the lid opening to reveal steel lock, the sides of box engraved with dancing couples and applied with copper strapwork, the front strapwork panel set with a rosecut red stone, raised on four ball feet, the base engraved with hunt scene, wd. 2 7/8 in.
