Pair of Polychrome Painted Fraternal Society Embossed Tin Ceiling Panels, probably New York State, late 19th/early 20th century, the rectangular panels from an Improved Order of Red Men fraternal society building, featuring embossed profile Indian heads wearing green and red painted feather headdresses, on a mustard-colored ground with linear and pebble textures, (minor areas of paint wear), 49 1/4 x 24 3/4 in. Note: The Society of Red Men is a fraternal, social, insurance, and political society founded in 1765, originally known as The Sons of Liberty.
