Seven-Piece Gorham Martele Silver Tea and Coffee Service, . 9584 silver, 1902-12, comprising teapot, coffeepot, covered sugar, milk jug, waste bowl, and kettle on stand, all inverted pear shaped, handwrought with sinuous daisy stems on hammered surface, with scalloped rims, and slightly domed feet with shaped rims, the serpentine handles also wrought with daisies, lids with openwork quatrefoil spherule finials, engraved to underside with monogram and date 1906, coffeepot ht. 12, the matching tray with shaped daisy rim and handles, hammered surface to center, with central entwined monogram, lg. 30 in., approx. 368 troy oz. total.
