Federal Cherry Inlaid Tall Case Clock, Jacob Guthart, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, c. 1820, the molded swan's neck cresting and four urn turned finials on square plinths above the glazed tombstone door flanked by pairs of free standing columns enclosing the painted moon-phase dial with floral spandrels, and seconds and calendar hands, inscribed "Jacob Guthart Lebanon," eight-day brass weight driven movement above the shaped waist door flanked by lmbrequin corners on the base with raised panel on the front and recessed panels on the sides, old finish, (imperfections and repairs, ht. 93 1/2 in.
