Engraved Brass Combination Tobacco Box, probably England, 1796, rectangular box, hinged lid with three combination wheels depicting a man, a nude woman, and sunburst, raised floral devices and a face profile engraved on the oval latch, with engraved details, checkered background, and a leafy swag border, the reverse with engraved scrolled flourish and the year 1796, (minor scratches and solder repairs), 1 1/8 x 6 x 3 5/8 in.
