Stockton, Richard (1730-1781), Signer from New Jersey, Autograph Document Signed twice (once in the text), September 13th, 1780, one page, a demand note also signed by Samuel Stout, "I promise to pay unto Richard Stockton or order on demand the sum of Four pounds nine shillings and nine pence, in gold or silver at the rate they usually paid in this State," (two large brown tone spots).
