Neely," signed by Senator Kennedy and Lister Hill, James Murray, Pat McNamara, Wayne Morse, Strom Thurmond, H. Alexander Smith, Irving M. Ives, William A. Purtell, Barry Goldwater, and John Sherman Cooper, (interestingly unsigned by Gordon Allott), with collateral envelope and printed free frank envelope of Neely.
