Depicting Shiprock in New Mexico; signed to bottom right corner and labeled verso; measures approximately 20-5/8" x 24-5/8" with frame and has a sight image of approximately 9-5/8" x 11-5/8"; in Good overall condition with some wear to frame. Enchantment with mountains has been a life-long passion for David Grant Best. So, too, has photography. Not surprisingly, combining these two pursuits has allowed David to produce a stunning body of photographic work in the high mountains that breathes the thin air, light, and inspiration of the lofty peaks he has scaled.
