American, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Cast and patinated bronze ship's bell of traditional form with tapered square support with two circular drilled holes for mounting at top above sloping body with two raised linear borders near edge, top marked with "W. BUCKLE" and "N. YORK". Interior of bell with black patinated cast iron clapper. Overall approximate height 10.5", diameter at bottom 10.75".
