Figural print depicting an apparent beach scene with five figures, three male and two female, encircling a large and elaborate umbrella as one figure pulls a sixth figure up from the waves below. Framed approximately 38.75" x 31.5". Sheet size approximately 30" x 22.25". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Dr. & Mrs. Calvin Wayne McLarin, Atlanta, Georgia. Note: Riddle's work has been exhibited at the High Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, both in Atlanta, Georgia; the Tubman African American Museum in Macon, Georgia; the National Jazz Museum in New York City, New York; and the Musée de Montreux in Switzerland.
