Asian, late 19th/ early 20th century. A pair of vibrant blue palatial cloisonne on bronze chargers, each with tondo depicting many foo dogs dancing and parading around a central chrysanthemum blossom with further chrysanthemums and puzzle balls to composition, the tondo reserved on a field of key patterning decorated with tiny blocks of squared key spirals, the underside completely covered with cloisonne wire scrolls in light blue ground. Unmarked. Approximate diameter 26.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Channing S. Jun, M.D., Eastman, Georgia.
