Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century. A porcelain covered tureen with underplate decorated in the Rose Medallion motif with hand painted enamels in the typical format with alternating figural and floral cartouches reserved on a gilt and serpentine green vine ground flanking gilt ring medallions, the tureen with bamboo motif pierced handles, the lid with mushroom finial. Overall approximate height 9.25", width 12.875", depth 10.5".
