Chinese, 19th century Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). A Yuan Dynasty style urn of high shouldered bulbous form with underglaze blue hand painted decoration on white ground comprising a band of lappets on the constricted foot, two phoenixes to body amid chyrsanthemum blossoms and leaves, the shoulder with band of peony blossoms on vine, and the short neck with a band of stylized waves. Approximate height 10.875", diameter 13.5".
