Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century. A pair of famille rose enamel decorated Chinese Export plates of round form, each with bold pink chrysanthemum and peony blossoms to rim reserved on a shaped band of swirls punctuated with yellow, white and blue flowers and having gilt borders, with central motif of peony flowers on stem. Unmarked. Approximate diameter 9".
