Likely early 20th century. A large and rustic aged wood carved and pierced folk art wall mirror with faded teal and white painted decoration throughout, comprising a curved molded teal painted cornice with pierced openwork surmounting a frieze decorated with classical foliate carving, the upper frame flanked by two foliate scrolls projecting outside the frame, the frame left and right sides decorated with carved and turned half round columns with molded plinths over classical painted bellflower motifs, the lower rail decorated with three relief carved diamond forms, overall terminating in molded tapering feet. Looking glass likely a later replacement. Approximate height 71", width 45.25", depth 5.5".
