Likely French, late 19th/ early 20th century. Pink opaline glass bowl in oval form contained within a gilt metal pierced gallery and griffin form handles to each side, the diamond optic body decorated with raised enamel flowering branches and resting on a conforming gilt metal base with four rococo style legs. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 7.15", width 7.5" (handle to handle), depth 4". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
