Connecticut comb back windsor armchair, ca. 1790 , with scalloped crest and bold outward scrolling arms supported by baluster turned legs joined by bulbous stretchers, retaining a 19th c. black surface with yellow pinstriping. This chair was owned by Reverand Daniel Farren in Falls Village, Connecticut. Provenance: Charles Santore.
