English, late 18th century (circa 1795). A late Georgian drop leaf Pembroke table, mahogany with walnut secondary wood, the top comprising of three parts with two half-round leaves with sliding dovetailed ogee supports, surmounting drawer case with two walnut-lined drawers with round brass pulls decorated with flower motif, all raised on four slim cylindrical ring-turned legs on small brass casters. Somewhat legible inscription note on interior of drawer reading "A present from Mrs ???? to her beloved brother W. Robinson Anna Maria". Approximate height 27.5", width (leaves extended) 26", width (leaves folded) 14.25", depth 19".
