AMERICAN PEWTER AND CAST IRON SHOES, C. 1880-1900, TWELVE, H 1 1/8"-5 1/4":Includes one cast iron cowboy boot, H 5 1/4"; one painted metal black boot, H 3", with a wide wrinkled top, and a square toe, (paint flaking); one chrome-plated shoe, H 2", gray inset which is slightly flaked; one cast iron high button dress boot, H 5 1/4", with button designs, scalloped rim, and square toe; one painted metal black shoe, H 1 1/8", with a buckle, (paint peeling/tarnished); one painted copper? Metal shoe, H 1 1/2", with a pointed toe & buckle, (tarnished or plating worn); one cast iron high button boot on platform, H 3 7/8", raised on a black iron platform; one cast iron shoe, H 2 5/8", with stylized floral designs; one cast iron work boot, H 2 1/4", with metal lace designs, round toe, and folded tongue at the top; one metal pump style shoe, H 1 1/4", with a bow, (tarnished/plating is worn); one pewter?/metal pump style shoe, H 3 1/2", (much wear to patina); and one pewter shoe, H 2 1/2", with a pointed toe, bow on vamp, and squash heel.
