GOLD 1896 FIVE-DOLLAR COIN & DIAMOND PENDANT, WITH 14KT YELLOW GOLD & DIAMOND CHAIN:A 14kt yellow gold round and rectangular link chain with a square tube clasp, with bezel set diamonds spaced every 2", and a single row diamond coin holder pendant set with a single U. S. 1896 five-dollar gold coin. The necklace contains the following brilliant cut diamonds, specifications and qualities as observed in the mounting: 1 at .12ct, 2 at .15ct, 4 at .19ct, 3 at .20ct, and 2 at .25ct, totaling approximately 2.28ct, all having Clarity VS 1-VS 2, Color H-I-J, Cut-Good. The coin frame contains 27 old European cut diamonds measuring 2.9-3.2mm, the weight estimated by formula to be approximately .30ct each, totaling 8.10ct, Clarity VVS 2-VS 2, Color H-I, Cut-Good.
