French, Late 18th/early 19th century. French Louis XIII style walnut carved buffet deux corps with projecting dentil cornice over a frieze decorated with three winged putti masks and scrolling foliage above a pair of raised diamond paneled cupboard doors flanked to each side and centered by grotesque masks and trailing fruit enclosing a shelved interior over a pair of drawers centered with secret drawer and flanked to each side by acanthus volutes, the lower section with another pair of cupboard doors similarly decorated as above with stepped base on block feet. Height 83.5", width 63', depth 26".
