Pennsylvania painted settee, mid 19th c. , attributed to William F. Snyder, Mifflintown Chair Works, Juniata County , the crest decorated with panoramic landscape with the sun rising over rolling wooded hills, above 3 lyre splats and a scrolled seat with grapevine panels on an ivory ground supported by turned legs joined by flat leaf decorated stretchers, inscribed "A.B. Hart" on underside, 36" h., 74 1/4" w.
