Italian, 18th century. Set of four matching mahogany wood framed side chairs with rounded back with pierced Chippendale back splat above shaped seat, each raised on four cabriole legs. Seats in pale green silk fabric upholstery with gold leaved wreaths surrounding insects with scattered stars. Approximate height 38", width 21.75", depth 21.75", seat to floor 18.5".
